Overview

The X-Headstage™ Removal Tool is a custom-designed flat-head tool with tips specifically shaped to interface with both X3 and X6 headstages. It enables safe and controlled removal of headstages from connected accessories or adapters.




Operation

  • Insert the flat-head tip into the designated removal slot on the headstage interface.
  • Apply gentle, even force to disengage the connector.
  • Avoid twisting or prying at an angle to prevent mechanical stress on the connector or PCB.



NOTE: • Use only the X-Headstage™ Removal Tool to remove headstages; improper tools may damage the connector or housing.
• Do not apply excessive force during removal.
• Ensure the system is powered off before removing the headstage.




Intended Use

This tool is intended to assist users in detaching X3 or X6 headstages during system reconfiguration, maintenance, or component replacement.
